CAI is seeking a motivated HR Compliance Manager to lead our HR compliance program across a multi‑state workforce. You will own policies, audits, and risk management while collaborating with HR, Legal, and Governance to drive compliant operations in a dynamic AI-enhanced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy drafting, and cross‑functional partnership to keep CAI audit‑ready and aligned with evolving employment laws and AI risk management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR compliance or employment law experience across multiple states.
• Two or more years of people management and policy/procedure drafting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the HR compliance program, policies, work instructions, and SOPs with annual reviews.
• Set priorities, maintain the compliance calendar, and report metrics to leadership.
• Monitor federal, state, and local laws and advise on wage, hour, leave, and pay transparency.
• Partner with Legal on high risk matters and support audits and client questionnaires.
• Oversee background checks, drug screens, and MVR standards; ensure proper adjudication.
• Lead AI governance efforts in HR, reviewing tools for privacy and legal risk.
• Drive Workday compliance workflows and cross‑functional governance initiatives.
