CAI is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead our HR compliance program, develop policies, and partner with HR, Legal, and business teams across the organization. This role will oversee AI governance aspects and ensure audit readiness for a multi‑state workforce.

You’ll drive regulatory research, risk management, and client-facing compliance, while leading a team of professionals dedicated to staying ahead of evolving laws and emerging AI regulations. This is a remote, full-time opportunity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR compliance or employment law experience across multiple states.
• 2+ years of experience leading people and drafting policies/procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Own and update Employee Manuals and HR policies, procedures, and SOPs with annual reviews and acknowledgments.
• Set compliance program priorities, roadmap, and maintain calendar; report risks and metrics to VP/exec leadership.
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment laws; advise on wage/hour, leave, pay transparency, and covenants.
