Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead our HR compliance program across multi-state operations, including AI governance initiatives. This role is remote in the United States and requires extensive expertise in employment law and policy development.

You willPartner with HR, Legal, Governance, and IT to implement compliant processes, support audits, and drive risk reduction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR compliance or employment law experience, including multi-state.
• Two or more years of experience managing people and drafting policies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Employee Manual and HR compliance policies, and manage SOPs and annual reviews.
• Set program priorities, roadmap, and track metrics for VP and leadership.
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment laws and advise on policy changes.
• Partner with Governance, Legal, and IT/Security to review AI tools for compliance and risk.
• Support audits and client questionnaires with accurate evidence and documentation.
• Define Workday compliance workflows and reporting with HRIS.
