Rendever seeks a Hospice Growth Lead to drive expansion across operator groups and ensure strong brand-level partnerships. You will oversee account growth, develop tailored engagement strategies, and coordinate with onboarding and success teams to maximize retention and revenue across communities.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, pipeline management, and collaboration with enterprise partners to unlock logo-based opportunities and robust net revenue retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in the hospice industry.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally for meetings.
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness.
• Manage outbound/inbound sales prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop account expansion strategies across operator groups.
• Engage decision-makers, analyze needs, and prepare multi-site deployment proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
• Maintain forecasts and ensure adequate coverage of expansion quotas.
