Rendever is seeking a Hospice Growth Lead to drive expansion with multi-site operator groups, focusing on logos and community locations, building long-term partnerships.

You will own account expansion, negotiation, onboarding coordination, and data-driven retention, with emphasis on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across operator groups.

The role requires travel to meetings and a strategic, customer-centric approach to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2-3 years experience in the hospice industry.
• Ability to travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness.
• Manage outbound and inbound sales prospecting.
• Serve as an expert of the Rendever product suite and industry.

• Identify expansion opportunities across operator groups and develop account plans.
• Engage decision-makers, analyze needs, and prepare multi-site deployment proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.

• Collaborate with Sales to streamline onboarding and engagement across communities.

• Tailor engagement strategies based on client feedback and market insights.
