Descrizione del lavoro

Rendever is seeking a Hospice Growth Lead to drive expansion and retention across operator groups and community locations. You will cultivate long-term relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and partner with the enterprise team to grow revenue.

The role requires strategic account planning, negotiation, and effective engagement with multiple stakeholders. You will manage proposals, forecasts, and onboarding coordination, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and

Competenze

2-3 years experience in hospice industry.
Travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness.
Manage outbound/inbound sales prospecting.
Expert of Rendever product suite and industry.

Mansioni

Identify expansion opportunities across operator groups and drive the 5× quarterly quota coverage.
Engage decision-makers, run needs analyses, and prepare multi-site deployment proposals.
Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
Develop and implement loyalty strategies to boost brand-level satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline onboarding and ensure consistent engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with operator brands and pursue logo-based growth.
