Job summary

Rendever seeks a Hospice Growth Lead to expand partnerships with operator groups and multi-site communities. You will manage logos and brand-level growth, driving revenue opportunities and long-term client relationships within the hospice ecosystem.

The role focuses on strategic account expansion, proposal development, contract negotiation, and collaboration with Customer Success to onboard partners across communities. Travel to meetings is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working within the hospice industry
• Ability to travel to local, regional, and national meetings
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness
• Manage outbound/inbound sales prospecting
• Serve as an expert of the Rendever product suite and industry

Responsibilities

• Identify expansion opportunities across assigned operator groups and drive logos and brand-level growth
• Engage decision-makers, run needs analysis, and prepare proposals for multi-site deployments
• Negotiate contracts, secure signatures, and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success
• Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure coverage of quarterly expansion quotas
• Develop retention and loyalty strategies across operator brands and groups
• Collaborate with sales to streamline onboarding and ensure consistent engagement across communities
