Rendever seeks a Hospice Growth Lead to expand partnerships across operator groups, drive lifecycle engagement, and identify growth opportunities that boost revenue. You will manage enterprise relationships, align strategies with growth objectives, and collaborate with sales, CS, and product teams to maximize value for customers.

You will lead account expansion, develop tailored engagement plans, and ensure effective onboarding and ongoing usage across sites.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years experience working within the hospice industry.
• Ability to travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness.
• Manage Outbound/Inbound sales prospecting.
• Serve as an expert of the Rendever product suite and industry.

Responsabilidades

• Account Expansion Strategy across operator groups and onboarding.
• Discovery & Proposal Creation for multi-site deployments.
• Deal Execution: negotiate contracts and coordinate with Customer Success for onboarding.
• Pipeline Management with 5x quarterly expansion quota.
• Develop retention strategies to maximize loyalty across operator brands.
