Rendever is seeking a motivated Hospice Growth Lead to drive expansion across operator groups and communities. You will cultivate long-term partnerships, develop tailored engagement strategies, and work with the enterprise team to optimize brand-level revenue growth.

The role emphasizes strategic account expansion, proposal development, contract negotiations, and proactive pipeline management in a fast-growing hospice tech environment.

Formación

• Hospice industry experience (2–3 years) is required.
• Strong relationship-building and opportunity-identification skills.
• CRM-based account management and revenue growth experience.

Responsabilidades

• Expand and manage relationships with large operator groups and communities.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell, and drive revenue with key stakeholders.
• Lead proposals, contract negotiations, and onboarding in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and target 5x coverage of quarterly expansion quota.
