Job summary

Rendever is seeking a motivated Hospice Growth Lead to drive growth with hospice partners, manage relationships across operator groups, and maximize revenue while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will lead discovery, proposals for multi-site deployments, and contract negotiations, coordinating with Customer Success for onboarding. The role emphasizes strategic account expansion and data-driven engagement across brand-level partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hospice industry experience.
• Ability to travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
• Proven CRM data management and pipeline forecasting.
• Expertise in account-based growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify expansion opportunities across operator groups and drive logo-based growth.
• Engage decision-makers, run needs analyses, and prepare multi-site deployment proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, secure signatures, and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure coverage of quarterly expansion quotas.
