Rendever is seeking a motivated Hospice Growth Lead to expand partnerships across operator groups and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on cultivating and expanding relationships at the brand and community levels, managing deployments, and aligning engagement with Rendever’s growth objectives.

The position requires strategic account management, collaboration with sales and customer success, and a data-driven approach to upsell and cross-sell opportunities within hospice networks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in hospice industry
• Ability to travel to local, regional, and national meetings
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness
• Manage Outbound/Inbound sales prospecting
• Expert of the Rendever product suite and industry

Responsabilités

• Identify expansion opportunities across assigned operator groups and manage partnerships at the logos level.
• Engage decision-makers, run needs analyses, and prepare proposals for multi-site deployments.
• Negotiate contracts, secure signatures, and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure coverage of quarterly expansion quota.
• Collaborate with sales to streamline onboarding and drive group-level engagement.
