Rendever seeks a motivated Hospice Growth Lead to drive expansion across operator groups and keep customers engaged with the Rendever platform. You will manage strategic accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with the Customer Success team for smooth onboarding.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with operator brands, data-driven strategies, and high attention to client retention, with a focus on achieving revenue growth across enterprise partners.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of hospice industry experience.
• Ability to travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness.
• Manage outbound/inbound sales prospecting.
• Be expert in Rendever product suite and industry.

• Develop expansion strategies across operator groups and partnerships.
• Engage decision-makers, assess needs, and create multi-site deployment proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
• Maintain forecasts and ensure sufficient coverage of expansion quota.
• Foster long-term relationships with operator brands and drive logo-based growth.
• Support and align sales initiatives with growth objectives across enterprise accounts.
