Job summary

Pearson is hiring a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions remotely with limited travel. You will engage with faculty, drive subscription-based materials, and collaborate with account teams to deliver institution-wide solutions.

You will meet subscription and revenue targets, participate in an incentive plan, and benefit from extensive training and growth opportunities across sales, marketing, and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales methods
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Maintain accurate forecasting in OneCRM (Salesforce.com)
• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to promote Inclusive Access and services
• Develop territory/adoption-level strategic plans
• Deliver effective technology sales presentations and student training sessions
• Coordinate with customer success, SMEs, and operations to ensure faculty satisfaction
• Stay updated on Pearson products, platforms, and market trends
• Share successful strategies across districts, regions, and national levels
