Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to expand digital, print, and service solutions for colleges and universities. This remote/home-based role involves engaging with faculty and institutions to improve student access and affordability while driving subscription-based materials.

You will meet subscription and revenue targets, participate in a sales incentive plan, and collaborate with campus bookstores and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty through virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and train students.
