Job summary

Pearson Education is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to grow our digital, print, and service solutions for colleges and universities. You’ll engage faculty remotely, build strong relationships, and drive adoption of Inclusive Access while forecasting and reporting in OneCRM (Salesforce).

This is a remote role with occasional campus visits and national meetings. You will collaborate with account teams, deliver technology sales presentations, and help institutions meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of strong sales performance in higher education.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile tech and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales.
• Demonstrate strong organization and follow-up abilities.
• Track and forecast using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access services.
• Develop territory and adoption strategic plans.
