Pearson is hiring a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty, institutions, and students. You will drive subscription-based materials to improve affordability and access, while navigating digital platforms with a passion for education.

The role is remote with limited travel, reporting with Salesforce/OneCRM for forecasting, and offers a base salary plus sales incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email to build partnerships.
• Aim to contact at least 15 faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Forecast and track opportunities using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales and success teams to promote Inclusive Access and services.
