Pearson is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to colleges and universities. The role is remote with limited travel and targets faculty engagement, subscriptions, and institutional initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in higher education sales, strong communication, and a passion for education. Eligible for Pearson’s sales incentive plan and competitive benefits, with a full-time salary range of $45,000–$60,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty through virtual meetings, calls, and emails.
• Target to connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise account teams to promote Inclusive Access and other services.
• Develop strategic plans at territory and adoption levels.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and train students.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure faculty satisfaction.
