Job summary

Pearson Education is hiring a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to expand our portfolio of digital, print, and service solutions for colleges and universities. This remote role focuses on faculty engagement, achieving subscription and revenue targets, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will work with account teams, use OneCRM Salesforce for forecasting, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Aim to contact at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop strategic territory and adoption plans.
• Deliver effective technology sales presentations and student trainings.
• Stay up-to-date with Pearson products, platforms, and market trends.
