Job summary

Pearson Education Sales Representative is a remote, home-based role serving higher education customers in the United States. You will sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions, driving subscription growth and addressing student affordability challenges.

Your day-to-day includes engaging faculty, meeting aggressive territory targets, forecasting in OneCRM (Salesforce), and collaborating with enterprise sales to expand Inclusive Access and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, phone, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop strategic territory and adoption plans.
• Deliver effective technology sales presentations and training sessions for students.
