Hanover Research, based in Arlington, VA, seeks an Account Executive for higher education to drive new business and manage renewals. This hybrid role supports remote work options and requires travel up to 20% within the DMV region.

You will present solutions to education leaders, forecast pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities include educating clients, delivering compelling presentations, and collaborating with research and grants teams to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (business, social sciences, education, communications, political science, economics, psychology, public policy preferred).
• 5–7 years of consultative sales experience: New Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
• Experience selling to U.S. higher education institutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Consult with prospects and clients to identify challenges and issues impacting education leaders.
• Educate prospects and clients on Hanover’s solutions.
• Deliver polished presentations by phone, video, and in-person.
• Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and client renewals.
• Accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessment.
• Meet challenging monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
