Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience; all majors accepted.
• 0–2 years of work experience; leadership, professional, or internship experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling and strong interest in sales/business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new clients aligned with Hanover’s capabilities.
• Build targeted messaging for senior leaders based on history and goals.
• Manage outreach strategy with 50+ calls and 15+ emails per day.
• Support the sales process and help achieve annual goals.
