You will own end-to-end high-volume hiring for CX, Trust & Safety, and Fraud, partnering with managers to shape roles and strategy, while sourcing creatively and delivering a superb, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and manages multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume hiring for Operations.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from kickoff to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and strategy.
• Source creatively beyond LinkedIn and experiment with new channels.
• Maintain an inclusive, candidate-focused experience and strong JD quality.
