Job summary

Whatnot is hiring a Business Recruiter to support our Operations teams, including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud. You will own the end-to-end high-volume recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, design strategy, and deliver top talent across multiple openings.

We offer flexible work options with remote and hub offices, and expect candidates to live within commuting distance of our US hubs in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience for operations teams (CX, Trust & Safety, Fraud).
• Proven ability to hire at high volumes and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Sourcer at heart with ability to nurture passive candidates.
• Data-driven with pipeline health metrics and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong commitment to diverse hiring and inclusive interview practices.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume hiring for Operations, managing 10–15+ open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, shape strategy, and guide decisions.
• Source creatively beyond LinkedIn and explore new channels.
• Own end-to-end process from kickoff to offer with strong JD and candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting processes as we scale through feedback and iteration.
