Huzzle is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring. This role requires proactive outbound sourcing, managing high-volume pipelines, and delivering hires across multiple vacancies.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray techniques, rather than relying on inbound applicants. The position is fully remote and US-focused, with metrics-driven performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting environments and multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Utilise Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find candidates.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to optimise results.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality standards.
• Negotiate offers and drive candidates through to successful placement.
