CareerFlow is seeking a High Volume Hiring Recruiter focused on sourcing US-based candidates for remote, project-based opportunities. The role supports multiple open positions and requires experience with high-volume recruitment, US candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.

You will source via LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, Reddit and other platforms, screen and coordinate interviews, maintain active candidate pipelines, and help the team meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Experience sourcing candidates within the United States.
• Strong knowledge of US job boards and recruitment channels.
• Ability to manage a large candidate pipeline simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• S ou rce a high volume of qualified US-based candidates for multiple open positions.
• Review applications and identify candidates meeting role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and follow up with applicants.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to the team.
