PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a Sr. Recruiter, Operations to drive full-cycle recruitment for hourly and direct-hire roles across multiple sites in the US.

The role requires partnering with Operations leaders, HR partners, and site leadership to forecast staffing needs and deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The candidate will develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a superior candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Formación

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within Operations, manufacturing, distribution, or other operational environments.
• Experience managing or partnering with staffing agencies and external recruiters.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly Operations and direct-hire roles across locations and functions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies for high-volume roles.
• Lead intake meetings and establish recruiting plans, timelines and responsibilities.
• Build scalable hourly staffing processes and manage vendor relationships to control cost and quality.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and use metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support broader Talent Acquisition and workforce initiatives including employer branding and staffing projects.
