Upperline Health is seeking a Market Operations Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote-based role recruits for clinical hourly positions in a fast-paced healthcare setting, requiring strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills to meet staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least three years in high-volume healthcare recruitment, and a proven track record of filling clinical hourly roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling clinical hourly positions on a high-volume basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for clinical/hourly positions, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Handle a large number of requisitions with timely, high-quality hires.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract a qualified candidate pool.
• Conduct thorough screenings to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Maintain compliant documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Track recruitment metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
