Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in electrical construction, HV projects, estimating, or PM.
• 3+ years leading preconstruction activities; HV substations and transmission experience preferred.
• Experience with projects >$10M; EPC/design-build familiarity helpful.
• Ability to read drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for HV projects from planning through turnover.
• Develop budgets, schedules, estimates and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate client, utilities, and internal stakeholders; pursue proposals.
• Identify risks, perform value engineering, and develop mitigations.
• Develop detailed schedules and manage long-lead equipment procurement.
• Evaluate vendor bids and ensure alignment with execution plans.
