SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction for HV electrical projects including substations, transmission lines, and BESS.

This remote role requires strong planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, and client coordination from concept through handoff. You will develop execution strategies, manage procurement, assess risks, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams, and drive project milestones while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of electrical construction or project management experience.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Electrical codes and industry standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling and constructability reviews for HV projects.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to turnover.
• Analyze designs, bid documents, labor, equipment, and materials pricing.
• Manage vendor proposals and procurement strategies; align estimates with schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, utilities and stakeholders.
