SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, and BESS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction or engineering fields.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• 3+ years leading preconstruction activities preferred.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Familiarity with HV substations, transmission and distribution systems, interconnection requirements, codes, EPC and design-build.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for high-voltage projects from 12kV to 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with client & company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to turnover.
