Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in electrical construction or project management.
• Experience leading preconstruction for high-voltage projects preferred.
• Proven estimating, budgeting, scheduling and risk assessment skills.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for HV projects from inception through turnover.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder communications and proposals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and value-engineering strategies.
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor critical path milestones.
• Support procurement, vendor selection, and bid package development.
• Ensure alignment of estimates, schedules, and execution plans across teams.
