SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction efforts for HV electrical infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, and BESS.

You will manage estimating, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and client coordination from concept through construction handoff. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to project sites and client meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects ranging from 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from project inception through construction turnover.
• Analyze engineering designs, specifications, and bid documents; review labor productivity and material pricing.
