Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for high-voltage infrastructure projects, including substations and transmission lines.

This fully remote role requires occasional travel to project sites and client meetings. You will handle planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination from concept through handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction activities for high-voltage electrical projects from concept through handoff.
• Analyze designs, specifications, and bid documents for estimating and planning.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities, consultants, and internal teams; monitor risk and milestones.
