SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for substations, transmission lines, and BESS projects. The role covers planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and client coordination from concept to handoff.

The position is fully remote, with travel to project sites as required. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including HV systems and complex procurement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or PM.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction activities for high-voltage projects 12kV–500kV+.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception through turnover.
• Analyze designs, bid docs, materials pricing; maintain estimating databases.
