Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects including substations, transmission lines, and BESS. The role is fully remote with interview-discussed location details.

You will manage project planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and client coordination from concept through handoff, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical construction, HV projects, estimating, or PM.
• 3+ years leading precon construction activities.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, solar, BESS, or industrial projects.
• Experience managing projects over $10M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for HV projects from 12kV to 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception through turnover.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with client objectives.
