SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead HV preconstruction, including substations, transmission lines, and BESS projects. The role covers planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, and client coordination, with full remote work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading preconstruction activities preferred.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Familiarity with high-voltage substations, transmission/distribution, interconnection requirements, EPC/design-build.

• Lead preconstruction efforts for HV projects 12kV through 500kV+.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop strategies aligning client objectives with company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to turnover.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams.
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation, and contingency planning.
