Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative for a fully remote role serving our Care Center technicians. The position handles inbound calls, provides information on products and services, and resolves issues with a focus on timely, professional client service.

You will collaborate with internal teams, document interactions, and maintain data accuracy while upholding confidentiality and company policies. Training and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Courteous yet confident interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and resourceful thinking for high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from technicians in the field and respond appropriately.
• Provide product and service information to callers and clients.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams with a positive, professional attitude.
• Identify and escalate issues when needed.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and conduct follow-up calls.
• Upsell products, programs, and services to existing clients.
• Complete call logs and reports; manage correspondence and track issues.
