Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative for our Service Call Center. This fully remote role handles inbound calls from technicians and makes outbound outreach, delivering high-quality internal and external support with a focus on timely resolution.

You will provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and document calls, while upselling available products and services where appropriate. A strong communicator with attention to detail will thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Polite yet assertive interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in potentially stressful situations.
• Self-awareness and audience awareness in communications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from technicians in the field and respond appropriately.
• Provide product and service information to callers and clients.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate issues when needed and route calls to appropriate resources.
• Complete call logs and reports; manage correspondence and track client data.
