Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle inbound calls from technicians and clients, provide product and service information, and resolve issues with resourceful, professional service.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and sense of urgency.
• Professional interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from technicians and clients and respond appropriately.
• Provide product and service information to callers.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams with a positive, professional attitude.
• Identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Route calls to the appropriate resources and conduct follow-ups.
