Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a remote Help Desk Representative for its Care Center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from technicians, resolve routine to complex issues, and document interactions with accuracy.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and other fringe benefits. Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with good multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable and resourceful in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from technicians and clients.
• Provide product and service information to callers.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints.
• Upsell products, programs, and services to existing clients.
• Complete call logs and reports; maintain accurate records.
• Gather and track data across multiple systems.
