Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative to handle inbound calls from field technicians and provide timely, professional support. This fully remote role involves documenting issues, tracking resolutions, and upselling services when appropriate.

The position supports a Sunday-Saturday operation with a Monday–Friday core schedule. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.

Responsibilities
