Job summary

Harris is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Harris Secure Connect (HSC) and Doc-Tor.com (DDC), including Picasso, in the healthcare tech and revenue cycle management market. This remote role targets healthcare providers, billing firms, and technology vendors.

You will lead discovery, deliver ROI-focused proposals, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate growth and exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business development, sales, or account executive experience within the healthcare industry.
• Experience sourcing and closing new logo business through outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable high-volume outbound calling and objection handling.
• Proven ability to present and demonstrate software solutions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Deliver pricing, ROI business cases, and product demonstrations tailored to prospects.
