Job summary

Harris seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Harris Secure Connect (HSC) and Doc-Tor.com (DDC), including Picasso, in the healthcare technology and revenue cycle market. This remote role targets the U.S.

and Canada, focusing on prospecting, relationship building and full sales lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-enabled sales tools to improve outreach, accelerate cycles and consistently exceed targets while engaging

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales within healthcare
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
• Experience sourcing and closing new logo business
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings)
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
• Develop value propositions and ROI-based business cases for healthcare providers
• Lead product demos and negotiate terms with stakeholders from frontline to C-suite
• Collaborate with marketing, implementation and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs
