Job summary

Harris is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Harris Secure Connect and Doc-Tor.com, serving healthcare providers and revenue cycle partners. This remote role welcomes candidates in the U.S. or Canada.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, forge strategic partnerships, deliver demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to accelerate growth and exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales within healthcare.
• Proven ability to source and close new logo business via outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution with healthcare buyers.
• Lead product demos for HSC and DDC, build business cases, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, implementation, and customer success for smooth handoffs.
