Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident presenting ROI, operational impact, compliance, and value to executives.
• Cross-department collaboration with account management, implementations, integrations, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Travel 25-50% is required for this role.
