Job summary

Ingenious Med is seeking a Sales Representative to align sales activities with business goals by prospecting, developing, and managing new business to drive revenue. The Regional Sales Rep will develop client relationships, convert prospects to customers, and collaborate across teams to deliver value.

This remote role is open to applicants eligible to work in the United States and requires 25-50% travel. Salary ranges from $80k to $103k, with commission eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–7 years of healthcare software sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to present ROI and value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business and fostering relationships with current clients.
• Ensuring sales metrics are exceeded and well documented.
• Collaborating with team members and leaders to improve the customer experience.
• Mastering the product portfolio to articulate value via presentations and proposals.
