Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead analytics projects that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and regulatory compliance. You will transform data into actionable insights, develop performance metrics, and prepare reports for cross-functional teams.

Based in the United States, the role supports state and federal audits, with fully remote eligibility for approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field as stated.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent organizational skills for audit documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products; remote-work eligibility and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight.
• Develop performance metrics and reports translating data into recommendations.
• Audit delegated programs and evaluate performance against standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits with data validation and documentation.
• Coordinate audit responses and maintain data integrity across teams.
• Provide guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and analysis interpretation.
