Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead advanced analytics and audits across delegated healthcare programs. This fully remote US-based role involves developing metrics, assessing regulatory compliance, and supporting DHS/CMS audits while collaborating with clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

You will transform complex data into actionable insights, drive performance improvements, and guide corrective actions with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience beyond the degree, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Develop performance metrics and reports to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Audit delegated programs and assess performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate audit responses with delegates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate findings.
