Qualifications

• Experience evaluating performance against standards and supporting improvement plans.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in audit documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive audits of delegated programs against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports for oversight.
• Support DHS and CMS audit preparations and data validation.
• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries with delegates and internal teams.
• Perform root-cause analyses to address discrepancies and improve data integrity.
• Provide guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
