Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst to lead analytical initiatives that strengthen healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance for delegated partners. The role will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop metrics, and support oversight teams across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics functions.

The position is fully remote for eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality, and compliance.
• Identify trends, risks, and gaps across delegated programs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards; document findings.
